1. Join the live and comment: “Add me to the wrap list!”
2. If we don’t catch your comment right away, please comment again — sometimes messages move quickly or get filtered.
3. Add emojis if your comments aren’t coming through (TikTok’s filters can be tricky sometimes! ✨📦💀).

Welcome to the world of Veil of Shadows. Many of our special editions, signed copies, and exclusive boxes are offered through preorder so you can reserve your place among the first to receive them. Each preorder helps support the creation of these limited, hand-packed editions.

When Your Order Will Ship

If your order includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all preorder items are in stock and ready to fulfill. This allows us to package your items together safely and ensure every signed copy and bonus item is included.

If you wish to receive available books or merchandise sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and preorder items.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated release or shipping dates are listed on each product page. These dates are subject to change if production, printing, or supplier delays occur. Any updates will be shared through store announcements or email notifications.

Changes & Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, all preorder sales are considered final, as funds are allocated toward printing and production.

Combined Preorders

If multiple preorder items are purchased together, your order will ship when all titles are available. For example, if one book releases in October and another in December, the full order will ship in December.

Questions or Updates

If you need to update your shipping address or have questions about your preorder, please reach out with your order number in the subject line.

Each order from Veil of Shadows Books is packed with care and intention. Our products are often hand-signed, preordered, and include exclusive swag items that are produced in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded. Each book is inspected to ensure it arrives in mint condition before packaging, and every box is hand-assembled to preserve the quality of these books.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a solution — typically a replacement if stock allows, or store credit if not.

Missing Items

If you believe an item was missing from your package, please email us within 7 days of receipt so we can verify packing records and assist promptly.

Returns

Because of the collectible nature of our books, returns are not accepted unless a mistake was made on our end. Opened, read, or altered books, as well as items missing packaging, cannot be returned.

Preorders & Special Editions

Preordered and special edition items are non-refundable, as funds are used immediately for production, printing, and custom swag creation.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Please allow additional time during new releases, preorder fulfillment, or holiday sales, as each package is hand-assembled with care.

Preorders

If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all preorder items are in stock and ready to fulfill.
If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates. We currently ship through USPS and UPS for domestic orders.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery. We cannot control delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your shipping details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, Veil of Shadows Books is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking appears stalled or delayed, please reach out to your local post office or carrier first. We are happy to assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review your case and determine the best resolution.
